Offshore Commissioning Lead
- Provide leadership and direction to the Commissioning team and ensure that a high level of focus is maintained on health, safety and the environment to achieve Company’s expectations.
- Act as the site offshore commissioning authority during the commissioning phase.
- Manage contractors and other resources providing services and supplying materials or equipment for commissioning.
- Coordination of appropriate commissioning discipline resources with the skills to :
- Execure the planned Commissioning scope of work offshore.
- Perform Commissioning related to topside and subsea equipment.
- During all type of work, ensure compliance to Company BMS requirements related to Completion and HSEQ.
- Ensure a smooth transition from Project to Operations.
- Participate in pre-startup and performance test reviews if required.
- BSc. in Engineering or a related field or equivalent education / experience.
- Track record of engineering competency and delivery in the Oil & Gas industry and able to demonstrate effective project management skills
- Ability to engage and lead a team of professionals
- Familiarity with planning tools, works management systems and document management systems
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience
