- General reception duties. Look after the different access systems for base personnel and visitors, including follow up with suppliers
- Verify and make sure all foreign personnel performing work at the base are properly registered with the local tax office prior to commencement of work
- Make sure sufficient visitor PPE is available and in good order
- Maintain payment systems for lunch and liaise with canteen for changes in personnel. Keep overview/track of “lunch cash”
- Maintain the Dusavik Base SharePoint sites
- Maintain database related to maintenance activities at Dusavik Base
- Raise Purchase Orders (PO) for repair scopes
- Support warehouse with Goods Receipt (GR) when needed
- Make sure office supplies are in stock
- Prepare and attend monthly status meetings, as well as take minutes of meetings if required
- Maintain and follow-up document archive at Dusavik Base
- Report and follow-up any IT issues
- Support Base Manager and other personnel with activities as needed
 
Qualifications:
- Degree from higher education (extensive experience may replace the degree requirement)
- Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience
- High level of proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint
