Contracts Administrator Drilling & Wells  
- Responsible for a portfolio of Drilling & Wells service and equipment contracts.
- Responsible for tendering for a portfolio Drilling & Wells contracts. This includes developing tender packages, evaluating response, negotiating final contractual terms and awarding contracts.
- Responsible for Contract Kick Off and Contract Management of a portfolio of Drilling & Wells contracts.
- Responsible for performance management of portfolio of Drilling & Wells Contracts.
- Follow up of contractors regarding all contractual matters during execution from award until contract close out.
- Responsible for handling of variations and amendments with regard to cost and schedule during execution.
- Handling of possible claims from contractor.
- Handle all formal correspondence with contractors.
- Analyse the contract terms and identify areas of possible risks and opportunities related to the application of contract clauses.
- Advise the Project Manager / Contract Manager of company on aspects of Project execution which deviate from contract requirements.
Degree in Engineering/Law/Business/Other fields of studies.
Minimum 5 years' experience in similar position in the Upstream Oil and Gas industry.
Experience in tendering and awarding drilling contracts (ideally for an operator).
Fluent in written and spoken English.
Detail oriented, organized and a self-starter.
Able to operate within a dynamic environment within a new company.
Must be able to multi-task and be able to work independently with minimal supervision and broad direction.
Handle and prioritize multiple tasks and projects while maintaining a high-level of accuracy in a fast-paced high-pressure, high-output, deadline-oriented environment.
Excellent computer skills.
Experience contracting in West Africa or another similar region would be beneficial but not essential.
