Customer Operations Specialist
 
as part of the Customer Operations Specialist team for EESSA, helping to support the Sales/Services teams within Norway.
 
The Customer Operations Specialist role augments customer relationships and expedites revenue recognition by performing assigned tasks within one or more quote to cash (QTC) process domains to include a combination of pre-sales, product delivery and service delivery activities required to support an assigned geography, global account or customer segment.  
This opening will initially focus on Services delivery in Norway, working closely with both local Services and Finance teams.
-Responsible for QTC process for given customers, ensuring timely revenue recognition.
-Create and follow up projects in SAP according to contract
-Invoicing
-Reconciliation of monthly billings against time/expenses
-Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, laws and company policies
-Reporting
 
Qualifications:
Higher commercial education at Bachelor/Master Level
Minimum of 1 year experience in customer service role is desirable.
Strong use of MS Office products, particularly Word & Excel.
Good knowledge and experience in SAP is an advantage.
Fluent in English and Norwegian
An understanding of the sales administration function and sales cycle.
