Senior Reliability Engineer
- The Senior Reliability Engineer is a member of the Production department and reports to the Production Manager.  
- The Reliability Engineer shall work in a continuous improvement culture with the Operations and Project teams to achieve safe and reliable production.
-Team Lead Reliability (3 direct reports)  
- Compliance with Legal requirements and Shell standards.
- Risk Reliability Maintenance Analysis
- Analysis for minimizing Production deferment (scheduled and unscheduled)
- Technical Authority for the discipline
- As Discipline Lead and Technical Authority, report internally and external.  
- Establish and maintain maintenance strategies, procedures and instructions and discipline documents.
- Ensure that necessary contracts relevant for the discipline are in place and are managed.  
- Maintain and optimize maintenance program, including spare parts evaluation to ensure the long-term reliability of the facility.
- Input to business planning and assurance plan.  
- Manage Threats and Opportunity (MTO) process to identify, prioritize and mitigate Production reliability & Integrity threats.  
- Monitors and analyze unit performance data to track unplanned losses and identify opportunities for improvement.  
- Reports to Production TSP manager
- Facilitate improved reliability through development and implementation of strategies.  
- Preferably 7-10 years of relevant experience, preferably from onshore gas plants.  
- Education requirements: Graduate Engineer (Bachelor/Master) Competence A drive for continuous improvement, including application of new technology and new ways of working. Self-driven and strong finishing capabilities. Proactive and understand assets priorities and adopt continuously.
