Discipline Engineer Operational Technical Safety  
   
- Responsibility for the FPSO`s safety systems (Fire water, fire fighting, passive fire protection, emergency preparedness and  ESD) are operated and maintained within and in accordance with internal and external requirements and maintenance concepts.  
- Provide support to F&G, fire fighting and fire protection systems in cooperation with discipline responsible by daily follow up SAP notification and barrier panel.  
- Continuously follow its performance, availability, capacity and regularity by utilising the installed condition monitoring system to its full extent. Work in close collaboration with other discipline engineers ,the offshore technicians ,the technical integrity personnel in Stavanger and vendors are required.  
- Technical safety query handling and responses and timely propose responses.  
- Close cooperation with vendors and contractors is needed when planning maintenance/inspections or when evaluating results from the condition monitoring system.  
- Ensure the availability of spares, consumables and special tools for maintenance activities and inspection and that the maintenance plan is followed.  
   
Qualifications:  
- Preferred master degree, within Technical safety discipline  
- 5-10 years in Oil&Gas or chemical industry preferable in operation  
- Good knowledge and experience within the mentioned tasks.  
- Knowledge of the relevant regulations and standards within the technical safety discipline
